When was johnny keyser eliminated

Keyser is a fourth-generation musician and was an all-star four sport athlete during high school playing Football, Baseball, Soccer, and Track. Keyser claims he learned to sing when he got his own car and began listening to his singing voice on a voice recorder his grandmother gave him as a present.

Keyser stated, "It wasn't until I knew what I sounded like outside of my head, what others were hearing, that I could make any accurate adjustments to my voice. He never pursued any sort of musical track throughout college. Co-workers [Carrabbamico's] and friends of his would frequent karaoke bars around Orlando and always urge Johnny to sing, but his stage experience was extremely limited. Louis, Missouri. Despite his a cappella version of Amos Lee's "Dreamin'" in the Hollywood rounds, he was cut from the competition.

Although when he and three others were announced as possible wildcard entries into the Final 25, Keyser was touted as the likely inclusion, but he was not chosen as the Wild Card to return on the show.

Keyser wanted to produce and record an album. Thanks judges for making the show not worth watching, especially Niki. What were the judges thinking?!?! Johnny deserved to stay. He has a lot more talent than some of the others that were chosen. Johnny was sent home 1. Because he can sing 2. Because of his looks and 3. I think Randy holds a grudge. I believe something from last year which he should have gotton over. I was so excited to see him back on this year and then they cut him!!

I am almost done with American Idol! He was one of the most talented and marketable singers! I am hoping they realize their misjudgment and bring him back for America to judge.

He just seemed to be having such a blast with it, like there was a natural order at work amidst all these crazy moves that somehow belied his nervousness. Does that even make sense? But can it sustain itself on the Idol stage longer than a couple more tries at best? Doubt it. It seems an inevitable recurring symptom of Charlie Askew Syndrome is not knowing when to shut the f— up and listen. Curtis Finch, Jr.

Also, his performance was a bit too orchestrated and fake for my tastes. At some point vocals cease to matter and you need to like the guy under them first. GREAT voice though. Did you see any potential frontrunners on Thursday? Is Idol saving the best guys for next week? Doubt it! Save FB Tweet More. American Idol. Close this dialog window Streaming Options.
